Use your own Gate- Unlike automatic Barrier Gate Openers  which require you use their stock aluminum folding gate, our Lifting Hinge Gate Openers use any steel or Aluminum Fence gate you or your Architect may design.
Everything included- Hydraulic Gate Opener & Gate Opener Control Box are included in an assembled integrated unit which simply bolts to the ground or welds on to your column for fast installation. There is nothing left to buy.
Safety- All our Lifting Gate Hinges are counterbalanced for safety by two springs, and controlled by a hydraulic gate opener for safety redundancy.

Both Gate Hardware model lines of Gate Opener Lifting Hinges lift from 15% to 50%  grades, and uses our HL410-220 or SEA half-tank automatic gate openers which are included. These Lifting Hinge Gates can also be used in right/left pairs for Dual Gate Operator systems. All gate hardware is included.
Saves Money-You use only one of our gate systems to clear steep uphill grades better than two regular  non-lifting dual gate openers split at the center and held high off the ground to clear an uphill grade.
