	MODEL 412 electromechanical swing gate operator is designed for light duty, single family residential use. MODEL 412 KIT INCLUDES: One control panel which operates single leaf or bi-parting gates One 14 x 16 in. weather resistant UL Listed fiberglass enclosure Two photobeam sets for opening and closing reversing devices One plug-in radio receiver Two radio transmitters Two batteries and plug-in transformer (Model 412 Low Voltage only) Four warning signs A solar kit is available for the Model 412 Low Voltage MODEL 412 FEATURES INCLUDE: UL 325 compliant "Slow Down" convenience Self-Learning Program Mechanical locking in the opened and closed position Electronic anti-entrapment Convenient manual release Easy integration of loop detectors, photo cells Easy interconnection of actuating devices like remote control radios, key pads and Telephone Entry Systems When you are facing the gate from the side on which the operator will be mounted: if the HINGE is on the RIGHT SIDE, a DX OPERATOR is required if the HINGE in on the LEFT SIDE, a SX OPERATOR is required
